ZTA 22-## would update Chapter 59 the Zoning Code to implement the recommendations from the SSDACP, including the removal of the Ripley/South Silver Spring Overlay Zone, creating a new Downtown Silver Spring Overlay Zone and modifying the Fenton Village Overlay Zone.
