has received a PRELIMINARY WATER QUALITY PLAN
for
Addition to Brooke Grove

This site consists of 2.09 acres in and is located at 5500 Olney-Laytonsville Road. The site consists or an existing building and parking area and the proposal is to renovate the parking area and add fueling pumps. This site falls within the limits of the Upper Rock Creek Special Protection Area.

This site is zoned RE-1 and consists of 7.87 acres located on Rosewood Manor Lane. The proposal is for two single family dwelling units and access drive. This site falls within the limits of the Upper Rock Creek Special Protection Area.
