Zoning Text Amendment 25-06, Vehicle Service – Filling Station (Public Hearing)

This ZTA would clarify that any fuel dispenser as part of a Filling Station that dispenses at least 3.6 million gallons of fuel per year must be at least 500 feet from certain sensitive uses, and adds that if one of the identified sensitive uses were to locate within 500 feet of a fuel dispenser after approval of the Filling Station, that the Filling Station would not be considered a nonconforming use.
