ZTA 22-## and SRA 22-## would update Chapter 59 the Zoning Code and Chapter 50 the Subdivision Ordinance to replace any existing references to street and road types with the new street types found in the Complete Streets Design Guide, which are concurrently being added to Chapter 49 the Road Code.

Planning Board Seeks Public Comments on a Sewer Category Change Request

The Planning Board will hear testimony and consider recommendations for the sewer category change request listed below on Thursday March 31, 2022. The application requests that community sewer service be extended to this property.

A public hearing for this Council case will take place on April 19, 2022 before the County Council. The Planning Board’s recommendation for this case will be presented to the Council at that hearing.
